Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Dallas At Preston, An Ihg Hotel, Dallas

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had modern decor but some maintenance issues like a broken jacuzzi tub and parts of the ceiling falling into the trash can. The staff provided average customer service, being friendly but lacking a bit in professionalism. The location was convenient for accessing key areas, but there were some areas with safety concerns due to uneven flooring. The dining experience wasn't outstanding, with fire alarms disrupting meals, although the complimentary breakfast spread was decent. On the bright side, the hotel is away from freeway noise and offers convenience for exploring Dallas attractions.

The hotel was located in a quiet area away from freeway noise and smelled moldy. The rooms, though a little small, were complete with free weights and were along a bright, recently decorated hallway with high ceilings. The service was over the top friendly and helpful, despite an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. The dining experience provided good quality food and was complimentary until noon. On the downside, the location had torn and dirty walls, making it a mess, and the shower walls were not well maintained. Overall, it was perfect for visiting famous Dallas attractions.

The hotel rooms were very comfortable with plenty of space, good water pressure, ample amenities, nice seating options for relaxing and working, and a quality mattress and pillows, which was very nice. However, some rooms needed attention with drawers, rags, and a dirty shower.
